 COPY AND PASTE TEXT 

After you paste in text from another document: remove its formatting before doing anything else. That will allow it to pick up the css from the theme and keep the site consistent.
The icon in the toolbar for that is: Tx


 EMBEDDING SOUND CLOUD AUDIO 

1. Use the "Embed Gadget" (Search "more Gadgets").

2. Copy and paste the embed code from the desired Soundcloud page.

3. Turn off border and titles in the gadget.

4. Set the width to 440 x 165 so it will work in the mobile version and fit in a 2 page layout.

 EMBEDDING HD YOUTUBE VIDEO

1. Upload this size video:
Pixel dims: 720 x 1280.
Frame rate: match original.
Codec: Apple Animation.
Audio: 48 khz, linear pcm, best quality (bitrate) - stereo.

2. After uploading your video to YouTube, view the video on its YouTube page.
Click the 'Info and Settings' button > then turn off all basic & advanced options (except 'allow embedding').

3. While still in YouTube
Toggle off the "show suggested videos..." in the embed code options.
Copy the embed code.

4. Use the "YouTube Gadget"
Copy the url in the box and turn off border and title.
Set the size to 440 x 248 and center it so it will work in the mobile version and a 2 column page layout.


 STANDARD IMAGE SIZE 

The typical image size for the storyboards is 900 px x 503 px (16x9 aspect)
You may need to sometimes us a higher resolution image if more detail is required... this extra detail will be accessed by the user by clicking the image. It will then open in a new window and users will be able to zoom in. For an example... click one of the GUI images on this page

In other places on the site you can use other sizes as along as the...
max. width = 900 pixels.
max. height = 503 pixels.
max. file size is 400k

Create the boards at 1920x1080 pixels. then scale down to 900x503 before saving as a jpeg (png or gif is ok if the file size is smaller than the jpeg and quality is acceptable)
